Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected directly by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We do not sell your personal data.
Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after closure for legal, tax, and compliance purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. Aggregated and de-identified data may be kept indefinitely.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We respond within 30 days. Email alwaysfresh@freshcibo.com to make a request.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, row-level security, audit logging, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we promptly notify affected users of incidents that materially affect their personal data.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We use limited first-party analytics to understand product usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
FreshCibo is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16.
We will post material changes here and notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
