30-day money-back guarantee

Clutch Techs, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date.

14-day free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your account is paused, no charge is made, and no refund is necessary.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:

1. Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email shown on your receipt, and submit a refund request.
2. Email alwaysfresh@freshcibo.com and we will assist you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After 30 days

Subscriptions canceled after the 30-day window remain active until the end of the current billing period and are not refunded for unused time, but you keep full access until that period ends.
